Huh. What a day. I didn't exercise, was tired all day, Mo is sick again, kids are out of their minds and not sleeping, I'm behind one verything. I did track I guess, so that's something. I find myself kind of randomly grabbing carbs throughout the day though. Just adding and layering calories in there in little ways that are hard to track. I think I'm fighting wiht my own software.
