Okay for God's sake let's restart this for the billionth time.
I realized that I sort of work all week and then I'm pretty tired all weekend because the kids are in perpetual motion and then I need to ease into the week. I've put too much on myself and now I'm paying the price.
A half hour in the gym today and a healthy lunch and I should be okay.
