Cracking the seal on this new can of suck. The intended morning regimen is:

  • 100 crunches
  • 50 leg-lifts
  • 20 push-ups
  • 50 squats

I could, in theory, start there. But I'll be miserable, and misery's no virtue. So I'll start here instead.
