Combined Effect was a half-assed arts organization two friends and I created in college; we produced a variety of agitating radio shows, dances, and other events. When we all moved - Steve to graduate school in mathematics, Ian to North Carolina and now San Francisco, and myself to New York, energy for pushing forward Combined Effect faded. Before that final fade, when I lived in Jersey City, I created this cover for an official CE web-and-print 'zine.
