A concert at the Meadowlands is fattening. I woke up feeling like a sausage roll. Let's just put it at 2,400 kcals (five beers? eight? a hot dog and a pretzel and a sausage roll?) and call the whole thing a wash. Long bike ride this weekend.
Plus some cereal when I got home.
