Several days out of the loop here. Didn't track. Got off the rails. Need to get back on the rails.

I am writing an essay about Tom so that I can organize my thoughts about his passing. My old friend Steve came over with his girlfriend and I hadn't seen him in a year, maybe longer. We're trying to reconnect. It's hard. The wires get thin and frayed.

I made a deal with my mother to visit with the children in Maryland, at a town with a kids' museum. Everything is structured and controlled.

I still feel 20 some days; I still feel 12. I have been organizing old photos. There is life before and after the kids There is the stretch where I lost the weight and rode my bike and was exploring the world for the first time.

Let's set some goals for the day, sane goals:

  • 20-30 paragraphs
  • Go down to the gym or out for a bike ride
  • Track calories
  • Get on the scale

I haven't called about the anti-anxiety medication yet. I will need to decide if I'm going to do that or not.
