Okay. Here we go again. I got home yesterday and fell into work, and then kids. Didn't track. We're not having booze in the house which helps. I just had some cereal. I turned off Twitter and Facebook and am just going to relax into the work, drink my coffee, have a lot of water, and go down to the gym in a couple of hours and work out some of my stress.
Mo is picking up on my stress and adding her own. I will be patient with her hard time, too.
I'm dreading the scale. I haven't been eating compulsively but this much sitting in a chair, even if I have been to the gym a few times, tends to have adverse effects. I'll get on later today or maybe tomorrow. If I go to the gym today I don't have to get on the scale until the morning. That's a good deal.
