MY GOAL TODAY IS TO TRACK. I'm in my project-obsessive mode. I haven't been eating compulsively but I haven't been exercisign either. I'm going to do a quick phone call and then go down to the gym and then I will track the gym. I'll be 40 in a week. It's TIME it's OVER.
