So today, I'm going to avoid booze and sugar. Doesn't mean I won't have them again someday. Just today I'll see if I can keep them at bay, and will watch the carb intake. It is a good day for some exercise--nice and chilly--and for vegetables and proteins. Both kids are sick, and my wife is a little sick too, so that makes planning hard. But I'll do what I can.
