Big Thai takeout dinner with a lot of different components. I kept it basically under control, actually. The only mistake I made was in having coffee at 4PM which left me kind of panicked. California coffee is a punch in the face compared to NYC. They just make it like rocket fuel. Overall I'm doing okay. After dinner my friends and I went for pie and it wasn't insane to have pie. We walked to get it. I don't feel like I'm eating compulsively. I need to wind down on salt and there's a lot of sugar and carbs, but I'm not binging, just getting from meal to meal, keeping busy.
