August 12, 2009 - Lunch
What I do now is eat a sandwich, which is not an ideal solution, given all the fluffy bread and greasy meats in the world. I have also some fake chips, which stimulates the snack receptors of the brain. I then give myself a boost by drinking a huge Diet Coke for the caffeine. I think what I should do instead is pack my lunch so that I have far easier access to fruits and vegetables. And maybe have one cup of coffee instead of the Diet Coke. We purchased special lunch-packing devices to this end a few months ago. It is likely to time to utilize them.
