April 22, 2013 - Lunch

I overordered at lunch: A piece of bread and a big salad were plenty. No actual need for the sandwich. Although the protein was nice and I feel good. I'd be hungrier later without it.

No sweets, though, and I rode my bike for 40 minutes to get there and back. More, really.

I spend so much time worrying about my health it's ridiculous.

One day at a time. No need for the sandwich in the future. That's what I know.
