February 25, 2013 - Breakfast

I have barely been tracking. Every time I sit down at the computer to do something--this isn't just denial but there's some in it, of course--the door opens, someone yells, the phone rings. So I need to order my life around tracking, and get rid of this slow, annoying panic.

I didn't actually eat fiendishly these last few days but there were some moments: A big bag of pretzels, I guess. Some other odds and ends. I went to the gym but it was at the end of the day. I think a lot of my spare calories are coming from alcohol.

Anyway, I've had my cereal and now I'm having my coffee. I'm not going to try to rebuild the last few days but I am going to do my damnedest to track this week. I'll quit my job in March, I guess. It has to break one way or another. That will be my way of prioritizing.
