I had the robots tell me how a circuit makes a sine wave from the point of view of a band of happy-go-lucky electrons.
Once upon a time, in the land of Circuittopia, there lived a group of adventurous electrons. These electrons were always excited about their journey through the various components of the mystical land, each contributing to the creation of a beautiful sine wave.

The Beginning of the Journey
Our story begins at the power supply, the grand entrance of Circuittopia. The electrons, filled with energy, eagerly set out on their journey. They were divided into two groups: those heading towards the positive terminal (+V) and those destined for the ground (GND).

The Voltage Divider Valley
The first stop for the electrons was the Voltage Divider Valley. Here, they met the wise resistors, R1 and R2. These resistors taught the electrons the art of balance, ensuring that the right amount of electrons proceeded to the next destination. Some electrons continued their journey, while others returned to ground, having completed their mission.

An enormous printer like 20 feet wide. There’s a bit of cat face with huge eyes printed underneath, like five feet wide.

My decades-long tendency to save weird Internet cruft plus Google’s desire to show me old photos with context creates some of the best content in my life.
