Celebrity! Who cares about it?
I was one table away from Lou Reed tonight at this pretentious art benefit, and he is at least 130 years old. He makes George Burns look as spry as Kerri Strug, etc.
They handed out a book called "The History of Performance Art" after the benefit.
I should dig up the picture I have from two weekends ago, where Isabella Rosellini is hugging someone in a dog costume.
Celebrity! I am close enough to smell their hair gel, but have no desire to know and touch them. Every minute in front of a TV camera doing an interview is a minute wasted.
